Database Operations
Load Demonstration Budget & PO Data
Loads typical IT hardware procurement records, software annual subscriptions, network professional services, and purchase orders for years 2025 and 2026. This is perfect to demo the graphs and matrices. Warning: This will overwrite any existing records!
Clear Database (Clean Slate)
Permanently delete all registered Budget Items (RKAB) and logged Purchase Orders (POs) across all fiscal years. Your budget group categories will remain, enabling you to input your active organization budget from scratch. Caution: This action is irreversible.
